Gwen Salmon is a National Channel Manager for REDCOM. She’s responsible for creating, implementing, and executing REDCOM’s Public Safety Channel, bringing onboard partners to resell REDCOM products into the public safety sector. Gwen has 20+ years of experience working in support and sales roles in telecommunications, networking, and communications software. Gwen worked as a Sales Engineer at DCA, a National Account Manager at Bay Networks, a Channel Manager at both Nortel and EnGenius, and before joining the REDCOM team, she worked for over 15 years as a Channel Manager for Allworx (PAETEC). With extensive experience in the telecom and communications software field, Gwen is highly knowledgeable and well suited for her role at REDCOM. She has a knack for building strong customer relationships and longtime partnerships. Tom Keller
Solutions Architect @REDCOM
As a solutions architect, Tom Keller works with all groups within REDCOM to engage existing and potential customers. Tom works with these customers to determine their needs and collect the necessary data, to then engineer solutions that meet their requirements and solve their problems. Tom has a long history in the telecom field. Early in his career, Tom worked at IBM for over ten years as a Senior Systems Engineer. He then moved on to Nortel Networks/Bay Networks, where he worked in both engineering and customer-facing roles. He has also worked at NextiraOne as District Education Executive, Enterprise Systems as a Major Account Executive, and ShoreTel as a Sales Engineer. Before joining the REDCOM team, Tom worked for over ten years at Allworx/Windstream where he was a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for supporting Windstream account teams and channel partners.
